Brief/Issue:

Following the merger of inter-dealer brokers, Tullett Prebon and ICAP, Lexington was asked to develop a new corporate responsibility strategy and programme for the newly-formed entity TP ICAP.

Approach:

Lexington designed a strategy focused on social mobility, which was aligned with the Group’s commercial goals and play to the company’s core strengths. Lexington worked with TP ICAP to embed the new “Voice for All” strategy internally, broker charity partnerships and strengthen governance and reporting processes to measure success. Lexington also designed and supported the implementation of the “Everybody Counts” campaign, alongside charities and celebrities, to drive awareness of the importance of numeracy in improving life chances.

Outcomes:

TP ICAP now has a clear and measurable corporate responsibility strategy, which resonates with the business’s key stakeholders.

‘Lexington supported us at every stage of the development of our strategy, from initial design to implementation and communication. Our new ‘Voice for All’ strategy reflects and capitalises on our key strengths as a business; is embedded in the latest policy thinking and resonates with our internal and external audiences’

Paul Novelle, Public Policy and CSR Director, TP ICAP
