Alice leads Lexington’s Responsible Business practice, advising clients on corporate responsibility strategy, programme design, thought leadership and campaigns. She draws on ten years’ experience in Westminster and the charity sector and joined Lexington from a social action start-up, where she was the founding director. As an Ariane de Rothschild Social Enterprise Fellow and head of Lexington’s pro bono programme, Alice has a deep knowledge of the third sector. She has worked with charities and social enterprises, such as the School for Social Entrepreneurs and Working Chance, and has received accredited Social Value training from Social Value UK. She has a Ph.D. from the University of Edinburgh and an M.Phil. from the University of Cambridge.
