Nigel Warner, Director, provides senior counsel and strategic public affairs and communications support to clients, mainly in the technology, media and telecoms sectors. He is a former Public Affairs Director at ITV and Special Adviser to two Secretaries of State: Tessa Jowell at the Department of Culture, Media and Sport and the late Mo Mowlam, at the Northern Ireland Office and Cabinet Office. Nigel is an associate fellow at the Institute of Public Policy Research and recent editor of the BBC’s Future: Charter renewal and beyond (Dec 2015). He is co-founder of media diversity charity, Creative Access.
