Graduate Intern - Health
Lexington runs a six-month paid internship programme aimed at recent graduates in our healthcare team.
With a thirst to transform healthcare, you will join our welcoming and inclusive team, which includes former special advisors, politicians, journalists, agency and charity experts.
We are looking for individuals with excellent written and verbal communications skills, and a genuine passion and interest in the UK political and health systems, business issues and the media landscape. You will form an integral part of our team, delivering campaigns to help solve some of the UK’s biggest healthcare challenges – from cancer and hepatitis C, to heart failure and dementia.
Previous experience is not a requirement, and the role would suit a recent graduate looking to start a career in health public affairs and communications.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
Undertaking political, media and policy monitoring for healthcare clients
Providing research support for client accounts and new business leads
Supporting with event planning and execution
Providing general assistance to the company and to the Lexington Health team
