Digital Strategist
Senior Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Digital and Social Strategist, Senior Consultant to play a key role in our growing digital team
The role will be predominantly based in our Lexington London office (with hybrid working), helping to service clients and grow our integrated digital offer.
You will be part of a small but dynamic team working across a number of client accounts, in sectors spanning responsible business, healthcare, construction, infrastructure, financial services and charities. Your role will include working on integrated campaigns, digital communications, paid activations, digital thought leadership, basic SEO, social media monitoring and issues management.
We are looking for a candidate with four to six years’ experience working in a digital / social agency, or in-house digital or social team. You will have a strong understanding of digital and social platforms and how to engage political, B2B and consumer audiences across multiple digital channels.
You will be expected to support on all social media and digital activity, including content creation, engagement on social networks and paid amplification for effective campaigning.
The role will include:
Working as an account director, providing senior counsel to clients and with responsibility for integrating digital or social strategy and tactics within accounts
Managing accounts and client relationships day-to-day
Advising on campaign planning and strategy development for clients across a number of sectors
Overseeing the work of junior colleagues including around social media monitoring and broader content creation and digital implementation
Oversight and contributing to content creation across channels
Providing clients with updates on digital and social platforms that impact their activities
Playing a key role in responding to new business briefs and pitching to prospective clients
We are looking for someone who is:
A digital or social media strategist with experience across owned and paid channels
Experienced in annual plans and proposal development and confident in presenting
Used to using digital audit /reporting tools such as Brandwatch and Onalytica
Experience with SEO and paid search a bonus
Positive, with a can-do attitude and proven client management and account development experience
Organised, with strong time management skills and excellent attention to detail
Proactive, good at coming up with ideas for creative campaigns;
Able to exercise judgment independently of senior management and take key decisions on individual accounts
Able to take responsibility for quality assurance across account teams
Aware of the commercial environment in which we operate
Well-connected, with the ability to generate new business leads
Have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
